Tiger Cubs Program (Ages 3-5)
This program teaches students developmentally important skills with parents, similar to a beginning gymnastics class. More info can be found here
Regular Training Program
The majority of students sign up for the Regular Training Program. Students are allowed to come to any class that is appropriate for them. Based on rank and performance, students are eligible for all school activities and promotions.
Saturday Self Defense (FREE)
The Saturday Self Defense program is for those who may not have the time or resources to devote to martial arts training, but still want to learn the basics of self defense. These students are allowed to attend the 1 hour Saturday Self Defense classes on Saturday mornings. Students will learn situational awareness as well as basic striking and grappling techniques. However, these students are not eligible to take belt tests and move up in rank. Parents of students in the school are especially encouraged to attend.
College Program and Competition Team
Master Bill teaches Taekwondo for course credit at Metropolitan State University in downtown Denver. Students of Metro, CU Denver, and CCD can sign up to learn Taekwondo and pay the regular tuition rate. Veteran students are able to join the Metro Competition Team and travel to compete against other colleges and universities. We have a similar program through the Community College of Aurora.
Private and small group lessons are also available for both Unlimited Training Program students and the general public.
