Side Control #1 (Also called simply side control) - Suppose your partner is laying down and you are on his left side. Your right hand should have an underarm control on his left arm. (i.e., underhook)Your left hand just grabs his right arm at the bicep. Your chest should be down on his chest and your right knee should be under his shoulder to prevent him from rolling. Your legs should be spread wide to maintain your balance and leverage. Push your weight down on your opponent.
