 Family Fun and Values

Q: What's the difference between Taekwondo and other martial arts such as Karate, Judo, BJJ, or kickboxing?

A: Tae Kwon Do is a more aerobic martial art, which is great for health. It also relies heavily on kicking techniques, which helps to burn fat quickly. Our school also mixes in traditional martial arts and grappling techniques, as well as a full system for teaching character education to create winners in life.

Q: Why should I take martial arts classes here, instead of another Loveland martial arts school?

A: Our martial arts lessons are taught by experienced instructors who really care. As part of the Korean Academy of Taekwondo, we have an unmatched history and commitment to excellence.

Q: I've heard that Karate lessons are great for kids with ADD/ADHD. Is this true?

A: Absolutely! In fact, it's been proven many times over. Martial arts training gives numerous benefits. You can even see the scientific proof right here. The structure and discipline of the class is very beneficial.

Q: I don't know the difference between a dojo and a dojang, a sabumnim or a sifu, and the only belt I have just holds my pants up. How can I make the right decision about which martial art school to trust?

A: Great question - We created a special report giving background information about how to choose the right martial arts school. Prospective students click here to get it for free.
